REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Uniqueslacewigs our mission is to provide you with top quality Lace wigs that are made of high standard craftsmanship and only the best 100% Indian Remy human hair. We inspect all wigs prior to shipping. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you get your wig and there is a problem, please notify us immediately within 72 hours upon receiving your unit at mail@uniqueslacefrontwigs.com . If we make an error in your order you will receive an exchange if you meet the return an exchange policies.
Stock wigs :
We do not accept returns or exchange that have been altered in anyway. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Please DO NOT Cut, Tear, Dye or Alter the Lace on the Wig
- Please DO NOT Put any Tape or Glue on the Wig
- Please DO NOT Put any hair products or chemicals, dye, etc. on the Wig
- Please DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit
- Please DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Wig
- Please DO NOT WEAR the Wig
- Please DO NOT destroy the original packaging.
Please understand that these policies are necessary for health & safety precautions and we will adhere strictly to them.
Custom Orders.
Pricing & Returns: A non-refundable of 50% is due upon placing your order and balance is due upon completion. If you cancel your custom order after or do not pay the balance within 30 calendars days of our balance request, you will forfeit your 50% deposit (your deposit will not be returned. Balances are requested through the email or phone number you provide when you place your order.
Requesting Order Changes. Please review your final order carefully before you submit it. Once your order goes into production, we cannot change it (it only goes into production once we finalize details of your order and collect payments). If you have any questions about how to place your order please contact us. Custom order specifications can be changed up until payment is made and production starts.
No refunds or exchange under any circumstances all sales are final..
Production time We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if these conditions have not been met. Once we finalize your order and receive payments, we will contact you when your order is complete and ready to ship, we will not ship out your order until the balance is paid.
Custom orders currently take 5-6 weeks for delivery.
Each order is handmade with the highest quality standards so we cannot accommodate rush orders.
